You are immature. You don't play well with others. You just said you're going inactive. You just swore at people on the forums and told them to do inappropriate things to your caboose. You are now, and will forever be, unfit for staff with your attitude.

You sir, have just cracked my top 10 on the "can't handle constructive criticism" list. When submitting your app, there's more to it than just applying for helper/mod, it's also a place for you to receive constructive criticism and to improve upon it. With you not being able to handle the criticism, I find you completely unfit for a staff position, and unless I see some MAJOR changes towards your behaviour and attitude that will never change.
