I read the replies first, if they are good...I read the app. These replies seem like you were not a very good staff member before, but that is just from what I read, I'm at a +0 right now though.

Not sure too much about your previous staff work as I was less involved then, but I have noticed the extreme immaturity and anger from you recently even when not provoked, and I rarely see you help out players in shout.

I feel like you were, or have the potential to possibly be a good staff, but you need to fix your attitude first. You should spend some time demonstrating your positive characteristics ingame, instead of doing a 180' behavior-wise at the last minute.

You were pretty much the target of immense grief back in the day on TS which for some reason people took as you being really annoying. I think you are nice, intelligent guy who has been staff before, and should be given the chance again.

I think you were a great staff. From what I have seen, you were always so funny and you helped a good amount, I wouldn't say a Quaddy amount but you were helpful. You are very active! And I think you have the ability to try again. Good luck
