That's an invalid reason to make someone staff. Staff need to be dedicated, and you don't just give someone staff because we "need staff".

Not mature: Maturity isn't something that is earned in a couple of days, its earned through months of Experience in the work field, (something you don't have)

Doesn't help out: all you do on meep is advertise your shop, or your town, or just goof off with friends. You only help your friends, anyone else you ignore completely

Pros:
-Improved Maturity
-Activity
Cons:
-Maturity still not quite up to scratch
-I've seen no dedication to a server-related things, except when you're trying to set up a shop or something
-IMO, you wouldn't be a very good Helper.

This shows that either 1. You want to thank only the people or only support the people that support you (which implies you AREN'T taking criticism - still).
And you keep replying the same thing - thanks, I appreciate it. Show that you ACTUALLY do by responding with NEW sayings and phrases that contribute to the thread. Respond to criticism, ask for further elaboration, etc. Make it LOOK like you care, even if you don't.
