+.01 You can be mature when you want to be, just you are not always. Also, you must know you will have to give up on a tiny bit of PVP, because that is almost all we players see you doing.

 

You can be a bit rude at times, but you're experienced and you can be serious and mature when needed. Give this guy another shot! +1.

Yes, actually you do. Otherwise it is "Non-constructive" and said to be deleted. Though no one follows this rule, staff themselves break it. They only delete it when they see posts the personally don't like, and posts that get likes off of them.

Used to be active, but no anymore.

No helping/active in shout.

Good pvper but it won't help in being a helper.

You're apart of the Staff Team, you should atleast set an example and put a reason why you put that as your vote. There has to be a bias reason behind this. If we can't put a plain "-1", you shouldn't be able to either. JS.

Recently, I have seen an increased activity from you. It is not just in game, but also on forums and sometimes on TeamSpeak. I was absent for most of the period of time that you were staff a few months ago, so I am not sure what your activity level was back then with modreqs and the aspect of being a staff member.

I recently noticed you have improved your maturity. Your app was okay, it could have been better, but it was good.

Somethings you can improve on:
/shout activity and helpfulness in shout

I am interested in what you would say in an interview, so I am a +1 on that aspect for now.

 

HAB, after looking your application over with staff and reviewing your in game, forums, and Teamspeak activity and behavior, we've decided to deny this application. Some things that were stated were how you are active but not helpful. I personally have witnessed times where your attitude was more negative towards something that a staff member did which is never good. You can work on those and reapply in no less than 2 weeks.
