Ever noticed how certain staff members are offline some of the time? Have you, during these times, missed hearing the mindless nonsense that they always spew in chat? Well then I've got just the suggestion for you!
Staff Auto Chat would take some well-known and common phrases spoken by staff members, and send them in chat at random intervals when the staff member that phrase is attributed to is offline. Every 5 minutes or so, a random staff phrase would be said in chat, to give players that warm, fuzzy feeling we get whenever a staff member rants on about something nobody particularly cares about.

Examples:
-KlutchDecals could say "players have ruined the price of diamonds"
-Fuzzlr could repeatedly promise new features
-Helpers could say the random pointless things that they usually say instead of doing their job
-Techs could talk about the new amazing plugins, like usable bookshelves and "Meep Weddings"
-Architects could announce their endless amounts of building contests with an "amazing" 10k meeble reward
-Etc.
