I don't know what they are talking about how you are mean after you resigned. I believe that staff become sheltered after they become staff. They don't want to be as active with the community anymore. Like look at Quaddy, I haven't been in a chat on TeamSpeak with him in ages. We use to talk everyday, but now we never talk.

Anyways, I'm giving you a +1 because you we're a great staff member, active, and met most requirements.

 

-1 After you left staff you became very bitter. You were an ok staff member, but I still don't feel you are fit for the position.

As a staff member, when I first became staff, you were pretty nice. You helped me out if there was nobody else on to do so. Although I agree with Deinen about the forums, lets talk about in-game. I have seen instances where you are simply straight-out rude. During the last bit of your staffing days, you shut the team out badly. It was like you thought it could be you against the world. It is a staff 'team' for a reason. We help eachother. I understand that a lot of players like to raid and whatnot, but as a staff member, you are sometimes subjected to tend to another players needs/questions rather than ignoring them for personal gain. I seen quite a few times where there were modreqs piled up and other staff were tending to them, but you were off admiring the long list of fallen towns that just came through /shout. You had a great modreq count, but even you should be able to tell me that modreq count is not all that the staff 'job' is all about. Also, on many occasions, I witnessed you rushing through modreqs. As staff we value quality over quantity. You seemed to have chose the opposite, sometimes doing the bare minimum. Even so, towards the end of your time as staff, I had witnessed times where you were the only one on and not tending to the modreqs needing done. I even witnessed an occasion where you showed up to help a player and asked about what happened and without issuing any commands, claimed that you could not help them.

I think you'd be crazy not to bring Jack back. I'm not going to reiterate the points made by anyone else who gave a +1, hopefully you read them all up to here
Basically, he's mature, helpful, friendly, VERY active, and was quite possibly the best staff I've ever seen (besides Savvvy of course ).
+1 for sure.

 

To be honest with you, practically the entire server agrees that you are rude, immature, and abuse your rank to get away with being an annoyance.

To jacknat96, I honestly have no doubt that you can sufficiently do your job as helper. You've been around for a long while, and understand how things work.

I haven't seen any rudeness. Me and Jacknat get along well, and when I was a new helper he was always helping me out. Jack asked me not to post, because he was worried I might cop some slack but honestly I don't mind. I think Jack's a pretty cool guy and he know's the ropes.

Everyone is entitled to there opinion, obviously. And if I had seen any poor attitude coming from Jacknat I wouldn't be 1+ing.

Personally, I think you'd do great in this position once again. While you were a mod before, it was you who I was always turning to for help, and you would never fail to deliver. You always knew exactly what you were talking about, and were always eager to help. However, right before you resigned, and right after you resigned, to me at least it felt as though you were slacking off a bit, and being slightly rude to players. As of more recent actions, I have not seen anything of the sort, and see you as a great candidate for helper once again.

I've been banned plenty of times for not putting reasons when I vote on staff applications.

If your ego is that big that you feel you are above every single rule, then you need to get your crap together man. Whether you are a SuperMod or a lowly "Developer" the same rules that apply to me to apply to you. I don't care what you have done for the server if anything, someone with that type of attitude does not deserve to be in staff when there are plenty of people that could take your place.

As for this...

I don't care who knows your reason, and I'm pretty sure we don't either. We post our reasons so we don't look like biased reticent beings that toss around random numbers to demonstrate the (lack of) power we have on staff applications.

You know, I should make a demotion request out of this.

Anyway, to make this comment relevant to the staff application... +1.

I've seen you do your job well and feel that you have the moderaptoring skills to excel once again. Oh, and time zones are nice.

 

Jack is a type of person who always answers your requests, helps you, and plays the game well .He might not be the most cheerful meepcaft player, however he gets the job done and at the end of the day, being a Staff member is not about who has biggest smile, or who is the most happy or whatever, it's about understanding the game, and helping people at the same time. He is very active on forums, in-game and TS. I believe that he is very approachable and has a good amount of experience. Good luck Jack! +1

Jacknat you were a great staff member in the past. Great dedication you had there. But past is the past and future is the future, after a long talk along with staff we don't think that you're completely ready for staff.
