You somewhat followed the format.
You really didn't put in any effort at all in your app. Try go and look at the other accepted staff applications and for future applying try following the standard of they apps.

I really can't say if you're active in game or what since I've been banned.

I highly doubt you have been on the server for 2 months, yet alone 2 years. Before I was banned I had never saw you in game.

'New member' just doesn't cut if for me. Try get more active on the forums and keep up with the community.

Looking at your application title, you are asking if you should be a helper. You need to be confident yourself and shouldn't have to ask anyone else if you think you are ready to be part of the staff team.

In my eyes staff should have at least decent grammar.

You say you are a good worker. You NEED to show that you are that. Even though I have already said this but, judging from your app you didn't try use any of your 'good worker' traits in.

We recommend that you increase your activity here on the forums and let the community get to know you a bit more. You should also put some more thought into an application - this is where you get to make the best case you can for why you should be a staff member (and address any weaknesses that you are working to overcome).
