I see potential but you might want to work on some things first

You are consequently extremely rude on the highest level. I can give countless examples, but you get thrown off over the smallest things. You bash on so many people, and all you ever do is advertise in shout. And you have been rude to me quite a few times, for the dumbest reasons, but I have defiantly seen you be rude to new players as well. You defiantly know a lot of things about the server, and how it runs, however, your attitude is so rude on so many levels.

Also there is 3 things wrong here.
1) You advertised your application. Thats illegal. Should already be denied.
2) You just edited your app. That is also illegal. Should also be denied.
3) If you didn't know you couldn't advertise your application, that is a sign that you don't know all the rules.

-1 I only see you advertise your chest shop. I never see you talk and help others. The Staff App was short as well

 

It hasn't been illegal in a long time and small edits usually don't matter. Things like spelling mistakes or wrong info accidently put can be fixed.

 

-1 people say you are knowledgable and active while true, you still have some things to work on.
1. You are extremely rude at times
2. You act as if you are better than other people at times
3. You can act very immature and sometimes toe the borderline between harassment
4. You can get kinda pretty annoying

I am being a hypocrite right now but this is why I don't believe that you should be staff.

Hey Jeff. We've had several encounters in game.
The most recent encounter is making me give you a big fat -1. (The skype thing...)
It was extremely disappointing you would do something like that. Not only to me but others.
You are very qualified though for helper. IMO.

I just would like you to be 'helpful' Like others said before, you only advertise in shout. You may help people but I haven't seen it before.

Here's the thing Jeff, from the small amount of time I've been online with you, you were picking fights with kids and arguing with some kids because you were advertising your shop or whatever it is. This shows me that you can't handle a few 12 year olds acting like, well, 12 year olds.

Afaik, editing your app is still illegal, as is advertising it.

Jeff, you're an awesome guy, constantly on, and very fun to be around. However those two main points are unbecoming of a staff member. We'd glady consider accepting you for interview if you applied in a month's time and have fixed these two major issues.
