I remember when I was in my first town, like a 16 months ago, and I found this lake in the middle of the town. It costed 100,000,000. And I was like, dang, that lake must be amazin. Since I was a noob, I was like: "If u hav lake, u hav lke infnit wter. infnit wter mens infnit mney. yeeeeee"
So I saved up and dug sand for 2 months, and bought the lake.

So Deinen gave me this advice to stop people illegally claiming plots that go for sale when someone leave your town. Do /t set plot price [huge amount like 100 Million] and its done! Even if they do claim the plot and take everything on it you will become rich and be able to buy everything back.
