I'm honestly surprised you applied for moderator so early.
I am not saying you are a bad helper, just wait a bit longer and get some more experience under your belt, so that you can prepare yourself as much as you can for Moderator.

I think it's too soon. Everybody who gets helper seems to take it as a race to get to mod. And that's what I think your doing. In your weaknesses you say that you haven't quite got to grips with prism yet, well that's why your a helper. You're there to learn what to do so when you do move up in ranks (if you do), you are 100% certain with everything that you needed to know for helper.
It's like when I do a test at school. If i've just gained a level 5 in english, because I have been good with accuracy, punctuation ect, I can't just jump to being a level 6 before I have mastered everything in level 5. I can't be level 6 if I don't know how to use my punctuation correctly, and you can't be a mod if you don't know how to use prism correctly. (If you know what im saying )

No offense, but no. Get a hold of yourself. Being a good mod doesn't mean only being bubbly and putting smiley faces every few words. Your a pretty swell guy, but honestly I don't want to see you being all likes this. Maybe you want me to explain what I mean, so I will. I'm really sick of most staff members today. They smile too much, and bring to much attention to them selfs too. They say that a good staff member is mature, kind, and is respectful. All they do is be kind, when really they should be firm. On the bright side the application it self however was pretty good. Best wishes, alex.

 

If none of then staff were smiley and kind, you would never have any fun with them. You would never get /warp event, you would never have the easter egg hunts, you would never have the funny ban appeals (xxpoopblockxx, or whatever that appeal name was). Quite frankly, meep would be a pretty dull and boring place, people being banned for saying Omg and what not.
Honestly, if you have a problem with happiness, then your messed up.
Your response in my mind is kind of a hidden rant against staff in general, not telling xt what he needs to improve on and why he could be a good mod.

 

+1 And I will honestly begin to question the requisitions for applying to the moderator position if xtJunior is not considered a prominent candidate. You are one of the most helpful staff I have had the pleasure to encounter, and I'm very sure MexKiwi would agree with me here that you are an outstanding part of the helper staff.
Not only is your modreq completion count high, but the quality is beyond superb. You put a great deal of effort in them, I've had you come into my town with a citizen looking for a town to join and helped him all the way through until he claimed his very own plot. I was very surprised, and very excited to know there's a helper like him on staff.
Tl;dr, here is someone who not only seeks to assist the server and its community, but also to improve the player's experience as a whole. Please consider xtJunior for Moderator, if not now, sometime in the near future. I must see more of what he is capable of achieving on Meepcraft, especially for someone who simply enjoys what he does and does it well.

You make things pretty fun and are a very bright person. Sometimes you get a little sassy, but its kinda funny. Keep up the learning. Something I have always went by: "There is always something else you can learn: identify and achieve it." You are quick to jump in with modreqs and you seem to be up to helping with pretty much anything!

Huge +1. The amount of work you have put into improving yourself is extremely noticeable and you are doing an AMAZING job. Would love to see you get the position. You are a hard working individual.
