Just to add, after you were banned for attempting to blackmail another human being on our server, you then began to ban evade on our forums.

Why we should consider your appeal: I was promised a skype conversation from cooleys in the last few days. I don't know why it never happened, but I would like to discuss my FORUMS AND TS BAN ONLY with higher staff.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Klutch decals was the one that told me I could have this convo and he was the one that said cooleys would do it. Thank you.

I'm posting here on behalf of Monkey, because she can't reply to this thread without breaking forum rules. I am not trying to influence the outcome of this appeal - just making sure she can continue to communicate with staff about it. Here are her words:

I will continue to say, while I was most definitely in the wrong, I thought I was in the right and my intentions were to help Ash, not hurt her. The main issue was my getting the money. I promised it back. Since it was being split between 3 people, I promised to give her at LEAST a mil back because that's what I was willing to pay her straight out of pocket. I didn't know how this money was being split as I stated in my appeal. I did not need 4 mil at all, I already had 3 I was barely even using.

I am willing to discuss any terms, for as long as the staff wish, as well as a more thorough explanation of anything needed, or anything I need to do/owe to the server in return.

No one was protecting me from the whole slander and the nudes thing, even after I tried to contact you.

It was dumb and I know I broke a rule but I felt that I had to do it.

You can scam and owe someone 4 mil in other ways besides a rank. Plus, I could not help the chargeback ban or stop it in any way. If I were to go rob someone's store, you tell the store owner... Because you can't really stop -me.- I assumed that this chargeback would happen, no matter what, UNLESS the 4 mil was paid over.

I never tried to manipulate her. I was trying to help her, and I went about it in the VERY wrong way. I was also angry at the time because I thought Ash was in the wrong, when I was.

I actually didn't know that the chargeback threat was empty – Qaws told me like an hour after our convo ended that he couldn't do it.

A. thanks for actually wanting to hear my side.

B. I know what I did. I'll also say I didn't mean to do it in that way. I was angry, and I get hostile, and I should have waited to calm down before I approached her, or even left myself out of this. I did something stupid – I know. My intentions were otherwise.


I'll end with listing my banhistory, as that seems to be a major factor.

I've been banned 8 times total.

1- Late 2013. I'm leaning towards October, but I don't remember for sure. Towny theft. Legit.

2-- Feb. 22, 2014. Minor towny theft. We're talking less than 20K worth of stuff. This was done at the time when /seen AND /res were both broken. 4- Jul. 8, 2014. This was when alt buying/selling was perfectly fine and legal. I'd recently bought an alt from crusher_11, who has a brother. I was using this alt to advertise and fill up my casino when needed. Crusher's mentioned brother gave out the user and password, and SSSoulblade got on and took all these items. Soul gave the stuff back after we were both unbanned, I changed the password, and it was all good. http://meepcraft.com/threads/ban-appeal.28610/

5- July 10, 2014. The user SplendyPie gave me her town for free in beta. There was a plot (which I found, and got the town, as an unowned plot) that had a bunch of chests on it, and a crap-ton of heads, including many rare ones. I didn't know this, but those chests belonged to Ohdraqq, who was banned and hadn't been wiped her. It was a bit of a mess and a misunderstanding, and all the heads I moved were thrown in lava and the chests were wiped. http://meepcraft.com/threads/ban-appeal-yet-again.28781/

6- Jan. 13, 2015. I was making a HUGE storage room, and of course when you make a storage room you put your stuff in it. I was warping really fast between worlds, and I may have unknowingly duped a stack or two of diamonds. I obviously didn't notice this. They took 1 or 2, don't remember, stacks of diamonds, which was worth like 50K so it was like....worthless. And it was fine. http://meepcraft.com/threads/monkeyhead1999.38626/

7- This was an acts against the server ban. I don't remember the dates and I can't find my appeal. I was admin on this other server, and so I told... 1... person about it. Via /msg. With her permission to give her an IP. The whole moderation team on that server was banned from Meep, someone in there was directly advertising. Don't know who exactly. I was unbanned after a quick and nice talk with cooleys.
