Hey Monkey! (Did not know your name was Alexia! That is cool!)

You were one of those that made me feel welcome the day I joined MeepCraft. Had a good time chatting with you and my overall feeling about you was and still is very positive. I can not judge you much by your ingame appearance and behaviour since my activity has been lacking, but I am sure that you are mature enough to know if you are ready for the moderator position. Since you posted this application, that answers my previous statement. Your forum activity is good as well, you have a +1 from me Good luck.

 

I think you have been a great helper, I always see you in-game and you are the one who is always active in shout helping out players with questions.
I'm at a +/- because you are a good helper, but i don't know if you are ready for mod

monkey, you know I don't hate you. You can be a really nice person, but you know that you have issues with some of the people in the community. They don't like you because of how you were in the past (whilst I was worst in the past and I don't have many problems with people) and it's become a popular activity to gang up on monkey for "how bad of a staff member she is" when she's doing a fine average job. However, average /=/ eligibility for promotion

When you stop being average, I'll take another look at your amplification, but you should have known the flame you have with this community and that this is probably not going to happen for you at this moment.

I feel you aren't at the moderator point yet. you are doing a good job but you don't have enough experience and I still feel like you are new to the staff team. you have the activity and the dedication, I just need to see more out of you in terms of pr skills and how you deal with more severe cases.

As well, the app itself was very very short and lacks a lot of detail on the events prior to your promotion. I feel you could have went way more in depth on your prior apps and could have got a better reaction from people who like to give appropiate respectful responses (unlike @MattIsAPerson ).

 

I'm sorry, but the app was really short. As in, historically short. I think you should improve on that first and foremost. Also, I don't feel you're really ready for mod. Sometimes you can get a bit immature and you sometimes don't know punishments. I also once recall you talking IN SHOUT about how you get high and drunk sometimes. However you ARE really helpful and do a lot of modreqs, and I don't see you as a really "screw-up-y" mod.

You have a very meh application, but I know you have the ability to be a good Mod.
I think you applied a bit too soon, but for now I'm sticking with a -/+ because I know anything I would have to say would be biased.

-1, I think you have some good qualities, but I think at times age and maturity can effect your decision making. At this time, I chose not to consider anything past your application because one is supposed to progress between helper and moderator, by all accounts the moderator application should attempt to be better than the helper one, which has clearly not happened here.

 

This and I don't see you on TeamSpeak much...

 

Not very good app but i think that you are an active person and you care about meep and its players...i am sure you could be even better..i think that you are ready and you will be a great Mod

Introduction
Hey guys! I've written the same intro for awhile, so I’ll keep this part short and sweet. My Name’s Alexia, but you can call me Alex or monkey. Some things I enjoy doing are drawing, sketching, and painting. Also, I attend a few classes, like horse riding, Pikiti Tirsia Kali (a Filipino martial art) and Scottish dance.​

Meep Experience
I’ve been playing meepcraft for a year and several months now. The thing that really connected me to Meep at first was towny. I remember the first town I joined, legacy. That was my first little house, back when I had no clue what was what. I lived off of the first 2 levels of parkour and TnTrun. As many of you know, I was staff once before. since then, I’ve worked on becoming more helpful IG, on forums, and teamspeak. I’ve tried my best to improve on all of my past issues.​

Why should I be moderator?
I promised to myself that before I applied I’d stay happy as a helper for a good bit and be sure that I was ready for the promotion. I feel like I’ve achieved that goal. Through my activity in several timezones, I’ve had many a chance to use the skills I both remember from my first go and what I’ve picked up along the way. I had very little training as soon as I finished my interview. I learned the new commands very easily on the spot, and practiced it, learning from my mistakes and I try to never to make a mistake twice.​

Weaknesses:
Immaturity: This is something found in everyone and it’s pretty self-explanatory. However, I do know the right times to be mature or when I can have a bit more fun. I understand more about what’s okay and what’s not and what’s more accepted as a staff member and how a staff member represents the server; However, this is something I’m still working on.​

Distractions: It’s very easy to get distracted from a modreq or helping someone, especially when I’m doing multiple things at once or they stop responding and I get easily sidetracked. This is something that will be improved with time and practice.​

Conclusion:
I have the confidence and dedication to make this promotion worth it. I know how to do the job and I think I do reasonably well at it. I’m active in the community, on the player side and the staff side, and made sure I know both sides well. I hope you feel like I’m ready for this too. Happy holdidays!

I'm actually surprised but my gut is telling me that you'd be great. Maybe I am bias and I like you. I see myself in you somewhat but you're more mature and dedicated than me. I am only basing this off of how I've known you in the past. As for your time as helper lately I am ignorant in your quality of work.

Your application looks like one big flaw and lie honestly. Lets first talk about your application, it's centered. I am almost positive you did this to make your application longer. After that, you must have looked at it and said "eh, doesn't look big enough" so you added 23 unnecessary spaces, 23 unnecessary spaces. At the end of this review, you will find just how small your app looks after spacing is gone.

Your experience section is short as could be. It basically only talks about how you were a noob and did nooby things on Meep to get money. Your next paragraph mine as well say "I was demoted b4 but now im good it's okay guys". You give no back up for why you have improved, only your word (which doesn't mean much IMO).

Why you should be mod. You are saying you should be mod "because it's been long enough" and that alone would give you a -1. That's the problem with Helper apps and Mod apps, you just go and apply because a time frame has run out. You need to apply when you are ready, a time frame should not ever affect your application (other than the 2 weeks after one has been denied). If you base how ready you are off an amount of time you have been Helper, you're wrong (once again, IMO). You also explain that you learned from the past, and learn more now. At first, i took "small training time" as a bad thing, as you weren't fully trained for your position. But, you could also take it as you easily picked up material and you didn't need the extra time. In this case, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say good job. You also slightly speak of your activity, and you are on point with that.

Your weaknesses were spot on, although I don't feel you have fixed maturity (who knows though). I am highly disappointed you did not include anything about your demotion. You don't say what you did wrong and how you have fixed such wrong doings. You didn't really back up any of your demotion other than your word you're better.

TLR: Your app sucked, you're immature, not ready, and only gave us your word you're better. The only thing you have going for you is some experience, which you didn't really pick up on, and your activity.

I guess I don't really feel like you are ready for the position, it's only because your pretty new though.
