Denied Best Posts in Thread: My appeal is being discussed and these are relevant to the discussion.

So my Appeal was denied but Klitcher even after he was not part of the discussion I had with few staff members last night. I know there could be a secret discussion for this so I asked Klutch if my appeal was actually denied. This is what he told me: http://i.imgur.com/uaYiiQL.png

Anyhow, It appears that the extra information that I provided last night was taken against me stating that the screen is too big for me not to notice any movements in front of me. I also stated repeatedly on the discussion last night that the image I provided was just an example to show my setup. It's this image here:http://i.imgur.com/cWHSBYX.png

*spoilers* This photo isn't a form of advertisement. I just needed a server where the chat is quite spammy just so I'll be able to recreate a similar moment of the ban taking in place. As shown in the photo provided and as I stated on the discussion, it is too small for me to see anything that's happening especially when the chat window is blocking your view. Again, this is just an example of what I have on my screen. The amount of people chatting and their chat color on meep should be considered when taking a look into this image.

Immediately after I get banned (my main account), I /msg Summrs using one of my alts saying I'm not macro'ing just to prove I was there. This happened within the span of 15 seconds or possibly less. If I was macro'ing afk, I wouldn't be able to react that fast. He proceed to ban my other account knowing that I /msg him. Now, realizing I got disconnected, I quickly jumped into that window only to find out that I've been banned. So I quickly /msg Summrs in order to prove that I was there but he proceed to ban every single one of my alts and even my brother's account because we have the same ip. @EnDer BunNieS can confirm that Templar_Artanis or was also know as Ender_Bunnies1 and Talos0013 is not an alt of mine.

Some of you are probably wondering why I have such a little screen. I'm watching an anime and I want to see everything as best as I could. Also, Deinen once told me "If you didn't do anything illegal, you'll be fine. Relax." I'm not doing anything illegal so why should I be worried that someone will just come into my island then record me.

I also know for a fact that someone reported me on Skyblock. My shop had every single exit blocked so that players won't run around my island. That shop area is completely isolated and for someone to see me mining, it seems a little bit suspicious. If you don't believe me do /warp skyblock /is warp daedric_ace and look at the direction where there are a bunch of hoppers. That's where the stone generator is. Considering that I blocked every exit of my shop, anyone who runs around outside of the shop is considered trespassing as I clearly did not want anyone running around on my island. This is just a little thought and I guess it should be considered.

Moving on, I don't want to leak so much info from the discussion last night but if I feel it is necessary in order to prove that the discussion was biased, I'll show some information. Regarding with my ban, as there is no clear evidence that I was macro'ing except for the video where I'm holding my CTRL button and will most likely never be overturned, I'd like my ban reason to be "watching anime while mining" because that will be more fitting. (Looks cool too)

Nearly a week now since this false ban took place. I probably made and finished my projects for my island given the time wasted waiting for this appeal to be considered. I don't mind if you call me impatient but the fact that it's taking this long for this appeal to be discussed and given my evidence that I wasn't macro'ing at all and the person who banned me giving only a video of me mining, it is quite a bit disappointing and frustrating at the same time.

This goes to the guy who's planning to reset my Skyblock island.
I was having fun in a match of Dota 2 then I was informed that my Island will be reset.
• If this is true, have you (the guy who planned this) consider the fact that it is not only my items that are stored in my island?
• As shown on my evidence that I wasn't macro'ing, is it really worthy to reset my island because YOU THINK that I macro'ed?
Have you ever considered the fact that I invested a lot of time on my island? For you to even think that restarting my island is a good idea, it is quite upsetting. I'd be surprise if you act like you have no idea why I'm upset knowing that you planned this.

 

We are still in fact discussing this, I have no idea why it was denied.
