You are honestly a good guy. You try hard and I admire that. I have seen you slip, but after, you learn to manage your feelings which will enable you to learn, turning you into a great staff member. You have lots of potential, but I do not think you see it as much as I do. I hope you take these words in, as they are my best advice to making you into a great staff member.

i feel like this is like your 40th app

if you haven't made it by now, I don't think you are going anywhere. you don't stand out as anyone incredibly mature to me and your application could have been a lot better for the reasons already stated.

you just don't seem like the "helper" character to me
