New mods

Say like 2 people have the mod, then is one of them did a emote the other one would see it.

And I meant about not showing the hole server it shows the emote list on your screen only

 

That was supposed to be a sort of server joke. :/ Didn't turn out very well

 

None of these mods are player only or a plugin, except for the blood one and maybe the emote thing which are plugind. So what I'm saying is that we can not add those mods except for the blood one and maybe the emote thing too, but probably only the blood one.

And as for that one, I'm a huge -1 since this is a children friendly server. And blood does not fit in a children friendly server.

 

I suggest posting a suggestion mods that do not affect gameplay, and we can look at them and see about legalizing some more client-mods.

Which of these mods require a server-side addition?

 

I think only the emote but im not sure.

 

You can use forge to put the mods you want there. I have 1.8 Forge, but I never use it because I use Optifine with Shaders. So Technically, Forge can work on the server, as long as you have the mods that are allowed here.

I believe only emote since the other mods don't affect the server whatsoever. I use them for 1.7.10 on servers that allow forge. Mo Bends won't be an issue. Same with Mob Amputation and Realistic Pain.

 

Some mods need a server forge client to run. Not all clients can run the mods without the server needing them. Without server forge, some of the mods will not run as it is a vanilla server. I have forge with Shaders and optifine as well but some do need the server to have a forge client.
