ip ban would solve this.... maybe a ip temp ban?

I'm not very good at computer-y stuff is there a way that the bot can either 1. ban the hacker auto-matically or 2. notify a staff member that is online

Edit: +.5 because I have friends that hack (not on minecraft) and they know what they are doing, so I don't think that hackers would fall for that.
