Honestly I am getting tired of seeing your applications. Let this be known that unless there are some HUGE changes in your behavior and attitude in general, I will never change my vote.

Its every other week gummi, i'm getting tired. Let me just point out a few things.

I have been a good part of the Community,
Your toxic interactions and negative attitude towards others say otherwise
I am Mature,
I absolutely disagree. Your grammar is outrageously bad, you make immateur moves, and most of all you're a hypocrite.
I am courteous,
I dont see it
Responsible and trustworthy.

This is very true, i see you work towards a goal and complete it (sometimes the goal can be bad though) thats a great trait.

You have been a nuisance to the community for a while, other than your extreme activity and persistance, you have no perks that would benefit the staff team. -1

Gummi, you're very active and dedicated. But you don't have what it takes to be a staff member, and you are extremely desperate. I don't see you make the slightest effort to change, and I just had a modreq reporting you today, and there are currently 2 reports up for you. I do not see you becoming a staff member anytime soon.

You were so toxic to the staff. This alone is enough for me to -1 you even without my other reasons. If you can't be civil when discussing something simple and clear with the staff then how are you going to get along when you have to work together

The application itself I got through maybe 4 paragraphs and then scrolled down to see how much further I would have to read. I've said this before, but when the application is so long that no one will want to read it... You've lost the war before it even began.

I've gathered from the other posts that this isn't your first application that you've made. If that is the case, you really need to get someone else involved in proof reading your application before you submit it. Part of the reason I scrolled down after just a few paragraphs was because of the errors I was finding in the writing. You had tons of caps that had no business being where they were... At least in the first few paragraphs (I honestly didn't finish reading the application).

I'd much rather read something that got to the heart of the matter of what makes you good staff material.

I'll echo cactus a bit here as well. Take some time and really focus on improving your credibility. Staff won't want to bring someone to help them diffuse drama that has been causing it. In other words, they won't want to hire someone to babysit that they've been having to babysit. Mending a poor reputation takes longer than 2 weeks, maybe even take more than two months. Some of your naysayers might never go away, but you've got to give things some time to settle down, for memories to fade and of course you'll have to continue to be a model of a perfect citizen to prove the naysayers wrong or you'll just make thing worse.

You might want to take a close look at why you want to be a helper as well. It's a pretty sucky job, and don't kid yourself into thinking that it's not just that... a job. You are basically joining on with a group of people who are babysitting and anyone who tells you otherwise either hasn't been a moderator, or is lying.

You certainly have potential, I'll give you that.
But if by the point at which you've posted eight applications and they've all been denied (except for this one, perhaps) and you still continue to post applications and you don't know why they're denied, I don't think you'll ever be ready for staff.
