I do always see you get staff and then either resign or get demoted, I would try to hang onto it for was long as possible then try and move up so you can get Mod instead of staying Helper for 3 months like I did. (Wasn't smart)

I know your grounded but when your not I would like to see you help a little more in /shout and get active.

Idk what to think. I don't know whether you're a great staff member, even though I was staff with you for a while. You're a great person, and extremely kind, but that's not all that staff need to be. Good luck, but I'm keeping my vote as +/-0

Current staff are dull. Sold their soul to Fuzzlr and now are slaves answering stupid kids' questions. You can bring change to dis.

I've worked with Akira in the past and I thought she did a fine job at being a staff member. She's such sweet girl with a lot of potential in my opinion, and I think she deserves a shot.

-1 You're app was rubbish, you don't have any ts activity, i see you on the past few days, but other then that. You don't help in /shout. And like ninetails said, you admitted to being rainbowfishdog, who abused staff perms.

Helpers don't have /smite anymore. Yes, this is abusing, but you don't have to worry about someone getting a lightning bolt to the face.
I've heard many remarks of her.
Her and Zapchance did a lot of modreqs as helper I hear. I heard her zipping through ten to twenty Modreqs by herself, and not complaining.
She enjoys being staff, and doesn't seem like she wants it for the rank.
Show me that you can prove you will be a good staff member and you will excel to Mod this first time around.
