What ideas of his are a bit overboard? Which ones seem reasonable to you, and why?

He's not gonna build a wall and make Mexico pay for it, it's just not gonna happen.

He will take more force to ISIS, cause rn airstrikes aren't doing much. "We have liberated ISIS" *Terror Attacks in Paris Next Day*

The email scandal :) whether it's minor or major, what she did was illegal, but I'm sure you'll be able to convince me otherwise.

I'm for any of the republicans (now since Carson dropped out), but it's pretty much Trump vs Hillary at this point. I'd vote for Trump over Hillary anyday. I can tell you that I would like Trump for president because I, along with many other people, are tired of the republicans who are weak; who say but don't do. Donald Trump is going to take action, and honestly we don't know what to expect. Nobody does. No facts or anything could predict what he could do, but at least it won't be Hillary. Many countries have donated to the Clinton Foundation in the hopes that she becomes president so they can take advantage of her. Trump will bring fear into other countries, Hillary will do the exact opposite. Trump will take action, unlike these republicans who just turn away from their ideas and go weak. Trump is strong, Hillary is weak, and that's why I believe Trump would be a better president than Hillary. It's most likely going to be them running, so I'm not really considering the other candidates. Trump can't be bought, unlike Hillary.

What happens after we take out ISIS, and another group fills the power vacuum? Should we have a permanent war?

The same question goes for you; you think a perpetual war makes us stronger?

What action is Donald Trump going to take?

Why do we want to bring fear to other countries? Aren't we America, the land of freedom and opportunity, and equality?

(Is this a troll, cause you're writing just like Trump talks)

Actually, can you show me an example of a time where the USA hasn't caused drastic hell when we've disposed of a standing government to "Spread democracy"?

Can you show me any single incident that we've actually spread democracy?

Tbh, Trump is such a douche that, he will get us bombed. His ideas are bad and racist. Stamping Muslums? First of all, this promotes prejudism amoung the people. The wall idea is just stupid. The funny thing is, he would prob hire illegal immigrants to build the wall. He says he can run the economy, but has filed for bankruptcy 3 times. Imo what he is doing should be illegal. He basicly makes businesses under different names (banks) and if the business doesn't make profit he files for bankruptcy. Not only does he get out of debt, but he screws so many people of their money. I don't understand why anybody can support this man.

I feel as if Trump is simply saying outlandish things to get media attention: as they say, a bit of notoriety is better than nothing at all. I don't feel as if he'd try to implement these ideas if he actually were to get elected. Therefore, I don't feel at all as if Trump is a guy who "says what needs to be said and does what needs to be done" -- he's saying what benefits his campaign the most. That being said, if you're a Democrat, you would want Trump to win, since there's absolutely no way he's winning the general election.

I also feel as if electing Trump (for the presidency) would result in a downturn in foreign relations across the board. I don't feel as if Trump is the type of guy who respects loyalty very much. For example, Trump said Angela Merkel is ruining Germany, got called "stupid, dumb, and wrong" by David Cameron, and doesn't seem to have the best relationship with Francois Hollande. And keep in mind, he's just a [practically unwinnable] candidate.

Simply put, I find Clinton to be untrustworthy. As someone else has already pointed out in this thread, the email scandal of Clinton was a deciding factor of that. From the email scandal you can tell that Clinton is not to be trusted with any sort of classified or top secret information, as they were in her personal account.

Personally, although I am not a big fan of Trump's attitude and personality, I believe he is more likely to follow through with his ideas than the other candidates. Trump is not a politician, but a businessman. Surprisingly, many qualities of a successful businessman are also good qualities for a president. Good businessmen are usually confident, persistent, leaders, who know how to manage money well and handle affairs with many different people. Starting from a small inheritance, Trump was able to turn that into a net worth of 4 billion dollars- no idiot is able to do that.

Currently, the U.S. national debt is 19 trillion dollars, a ginormous amount of money. America spends the most money on education, yet lags behind at 26th place in the world. The border issue itself is costing 100 billion dollars, yet it is not getting anywhere. I feel as though Trump, as a businessmen- he would know better than many others as to how to manage America's money and spendings.
Filing for bankruptcy isn't as terrible as you make it out to be. There are many different pros and cons to it, which you can easily find searching around a little.

About Mexico and his wall plan, I believe that illegal immigration has a good chance of being slowed down or even stopped from it. Trump is one of the few people who are willing to solve the illegal immigration from Mexico to United States problem. For many other places (i.e. Hungary, Israel), a wall built did fine as a border. I would appreciate it if someone would care to explain what is so "stupid" about building a wall.

I would post more about this but currently I have to study for exams, so...
tl;dr I like Bernie Sanders, but I know he's not going to win, so I'm going for Trump.

Not necessarily stupid, but the issue I have with a wall is that they are equally as good as keeping people in, as out.

-- I'm voting for Sanders on Tuesday in the Michigan primary.

Meh, trump and hillary both are very weak candidates, Bernie promises a ton of "free" things without really specifying how he will pay for it, and i'd have to take rubio over cruz

Giving everyone a free 2 year degree. Not sure how he can pull that off, much less how effective it would be.

This explains how it would be paid for. Pulling it off depends on the legislature. Judging by what is happening in Europe, which mostly already does it, it works well.

Having a more educated population would only serve to strengthen this country, and help retain jobs; and decrease immigrants coming in specifically for those jobs.

Can you cite me another example?
