You are an awesome person togs.

But I'm worried about how active you are in shout. I haven't really seen you help much. I haven't even seen you on much, though that may be a tz issue.

I think you're a really great girl Togs, I really do. But you took this extended leave of absence for a long time, so much so I was waiting for you to get demoted, not knowing that you were even gone! You really don't have the activity that I have seen, and I do understand that we live are continents apart but, I still don't see it enough even when I'm on at odd times during the night. You also seem to have a very low amount of bans, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, its just something that should be noticeable, that thing being the amount of bans you have made. Also, you haven't been very active on Skype which is worrying, and your teamspeak activity is low. I really want to see an increased amount of activity before I can change my -1 to a +1

In addition to the above, 11/57 replies, as of posting this, are from you. If you're confident about your application you can just simply reply to 1-2 posts on here. Your tally is very large and that's not a good thing because it shows desperation. You also reply to your friends more than you do to others, which shows bias.

My vote is -1 and will stay that way, probably for a while.

 

It's always full of enormous conversations that I have no place in. But I do check it regularly.

My absence has been due to a personal medical issue that I would rather not talk about publicly; Though I will tell admins if necessary. My absence resulted in low modreqs and even lower bans.

As for my sucking up, it was a joke I'm totally aware that Diana doesn't make the decision alone.

 

Yes yes yes +1 an all round nice person when in-game, on forums and Ts. You always got the job done when I was staff, you where one of the people if I needed some help with something I can talk to if you don't get mod then I don't no what the staff are doing. good luck

2 things to this post:

1. When you are online, it is anywhere between 7:00am-9:00am for me. I go to school you know, I can't always be online. And that's why I said that because of time zones, it effects my decision drastically, never did I say that she wasn't on teamspeak. In fact, her being online when I am generally on teamspeak is probably incredibly early/late for her, and it's admirable but too me that she even puts it into consideration to get on teamspeak, but it's still not very often too me.

2. I'm gonna give you a chance to edit that post in order to make it constructive towards the applicant, not me.

1. Game activity
2. Player Bans- not too many so that is
partly good and bad- good: Not too many misbehaving and
bad: There were some you missed
3. I think you should have at least 10 more days
as a Helper, then you may be ready!

While you are semi-active, I'm going to have to say +0.01, mostly because I haven't met you at all in-game and have only seen you a few times in shout, so I can only mainly base the review off of this app, which was a bit too informal. Don't change informality, though, while most staff are very formal when needed, being too formal can result in confusion and a lack of understanding of players. (Sorry if that's worded badly, I don't proofread what I type...)

I find you very immature and not active. Your good at your job when your on, But your not on a lot. Work on that activity. For now -1

 

Guys I'm not that inactive. I'm on when you're all sleeping. Only about 70-90 people are on when I'm mostly on. My timzone sucks

Well, you're helpful, but based on what all the helpers+ have said about your ban/modreq reason/count, that would be a negative reason.
