if anyone can get into contact with admins or the owner could you please? just at this time i'm sick of waiting around and it seems more logical to move to another server and take my business there. after spending $100's and enjoying the server i would have liked to stay but the staff don't seem to be active or perhaps not enough of them to handle everyones problems

Hi, so i'm not exactly sure what is going on here, i'd donated for supreme from elite and was just playing as normal and my minecraft screen turned to that dirt load screen thing it does. so initially i thought brilliant, i've crashed or the server went down or something. but then i was slapped in the face with a message saying i've been banned by console for an initial chargeback on delivered goods. now i'm not 100% sure as to what this is or how it happens but after researching it a bit i've got some insight. i'm not exactly sure as to how it happened or why. there wasn't a reason for it and i hadn't authorised this. i had however stupidly might i say fallen into the trap of providing my details to this spoof address. just a quick edit, this is the actual email that got me "Paypal ([email protected])"
i immediately realised and changed all my paypal info to secure something like this didn't happen.
i'm not sure why they would chargeback rather than just using whatever little money i had left but i'm not them so i don't know.
is there any way to fix this? any information i could get would be brilliant and very helpful.
i hope i can be unbanned soon as i was really getting into playing. also not sure if this matters or not buy i've donated for vip, premium, exclusive and elite in the past and never had any problems like this.

pmed them all last night, now it's just a matter of waiting. i hope it's soon, i probably won't be able to check tomorrow as it's my birthday but i hope it's not another week

Are staff just very very inactive or is this appeal just not being taken seriously?
i don't mean that in a sarcastic or awful way it's a genuine question as i'm confused as to what's even going on anymore
