What is worse, Marijuana or Alcohol?

Not the one baught at your local drug dealer.
It must have 0% THC and actually, the whole "marijuana helps people" is only partially true. The only thing good in the canabis plant is the CBC (C21H30O2) which can actually be vaped, instead of smoked, in a joint.
Also, smoking, wether it's marijuana or cigarettes, still is something bad for lungs. Some people might disagree about it causing lung cancer, but the fact is that it doesn't cause it, but at least accelerates the process. Some slower than others, some faster.
The is also CO (carbon monoxide) in every combustion, and lighting a things that you inhale is certainly a combustion.

 

Yes mainly cannabinoids help the sick, but are you saying that THC can't help someone psychologically? Again, you can vaporize marijuana to a temperature just high enough that there is no combustion while still extracting THC & CBD's.

 

Incorrect, THC is a great anti-inflammatory.
